Dancefloors and festivals have fallen for Marcel Woods in swift succession. Global Gathering, Sensation, Mysteryland, Dance Valley, Trance Energy, Gatecrasher, Creamfields, Summer Sound System, Beyond Wonderland, Sunrise Festival and this list goes on and on… And possibly more than anything else underlining Marcel’s diverse nature, he became the only DJ ever to play the White AND Black Edition Sensation parties in one season. Not only Marcel’s DJ resume is impressive, also his production catalogue is nothing less than amazing. With worldwide hits such as; Advanced, De Bom, The Bottle, Lemon Tree, Cherry Blossom and many more, his list of productions that have reached the ‘classics’ status is endless. That is even without mentioning his collabs with the worlds heavyweights like Tiësto and W&W! In 2014 Marcel decided to quit his DJ career to spend more time with his wife & kids. But since music is in his DNA, he didn’t want to drop out completely, therefore he proceeded with his classics concept ‘Bring Back The Music’. Nowadays Marcel plays a limited amounts of classics sets a year with the ‘Bring Back The Music’ concept or solo as Marcel Woods (Classics Set). These sets are not only special because of the rare amount of shows, but also because it’s a real trip down memory lane, and the perfect opportunity to hear the legend play his and many other great dance classics!
